Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required with the confirmation of participation. Remaining 50% is to be made BEFORE 15 September 2026.

Insurance

The Exhibitor will indemnify the Organiser in respect of any claim and demands in respect thereof. The Exhibitor should take out adequate insurance in respect of all such claims.

The Exhibitor in responsible for all personal injury or damage to property arising in connection with the Exhibitor display area, howsoever caused.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation, notification in writing should be sent to the Conference Secretariat. Unless that particular area of exhibition booth is resold, the Committee reserves the right to retain deposit received.

Restrictions on Food and Refreshments

Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from serving food and refreshments of any kind brought into their booths from outside sources during the forum and exhibition. All food and refreshments can be ordered from World Trade Hotel.
